Yes, a foreigner can also open an account with DragonFi. Please make sure you have a Philippine Tax Identification Number (TIN) and bank account for withdrawal purposes. Note that foreigners will have to undergo additional KYC (Know Your Customer) checks by our compliance team; therefore, you can expect your account to be approved in 2-3 business days if the compliance team does not require additional documents from you.
