Can I still sell my shares even after I subscribe to a Tender Offer?

You will still be able to sell your shares in the market during the tender offer period. Post-selling, you will need to modify your tender offer subscription to reflect the updated share count of your holdings. If you don't modify your subscription, we will offer to the underwriter the remaining shares in your account.
