For fully verified accounts, click the profile icon on the upper right and choose Security.
- Turn on TOTP by switching the toggle button. You will then be shown a QR code.
- Open your TOTP app (Google Auth, Twilio Authy, and the like) and scan the QR code.
- Once successfully added, you will have to input the OTP found in the app in DragonFi.
For deleted/lost TOTP authenticator app, visit Profile > Security, and turn off the Authenticator App by toggling off the switch and turning it on once again to set up a new device (If you are currently logged in). If you are currently logged out, you may use other verification methods, such as Email or SMS. If Email and SMS are unavailable, contact DragonFi Customer Care for further assistance.
