In order to close your DragonFi account, you should have no existing stock positions as well as no cash balances.
If you have existing stock positions, you can either sell them or request for DragonFi to transfer your holdings to a different brokerage by contacting us at help@dragonfi.ph.
If you have cash balances, please make a withdrawal request to your bank account by visiting https://www.dragonfi.ph/mymoney/withdrawals.
Once you have completed these requirements, please send an email to help@dragonfi.ph and request for your account to be closed.
