- Download the CIMB Bank PH app.
- Link your DragonFi Save account inside the CIMB mobile app.
Only users who successfully link their DragonFi Save account in the CIMB app will receive the invite to upgrade to CIMB prime.
How to Link Your DragonFi Save Account
To qualify for the upgrade, follow these steps in the CIMB Bank PH mobile app:
- Download the CIMB Bank PH app and tap “Link my account.”
- Select “DragonFi Save Account.”
- Enter the mobile number and email address registered to your DragonFi Save account.
- Create your username, password, and MPIN to verify the transaction.
- You will receive a confirmation once your account has been successfully linked.
After linking, just wait up to 14 days for your upgrade invite in the CIMB mobile app.
Upgrade Timeline
After linking your DragonFi Save account in the CIMB Bank PH app:
- You will be invited to upgrade to CIMB Prime within the CIMB mobile app within 14 days
- The invite will appear inside the CIMB app and must be accepted within 30 days or it will expire
You will receive confirmation once the upgrade has been activated.
Your free 1-year Prime status begins on the day your upgrade is applied.
