How do I know if I am fully verified?
Using the CIMB Bank PH app:
- Tap Accounts → View Details
- Scroll to Type of Account
- If fully verified, you will see “Verified” with a green tick
Using the DragonFi app:
- Tap Deposit / Withdraw → DragonFi Save
- If fully verified, you will see “No limit” for lifetime cash-in and account expiration
Can I download a bank statement?
Yes. Bank statements can be downloaded via the CIMB Bank PH app.
My DragonFi Save account was closed. How do I retrieve my funds?
If your account was closed with a remaining balance, CIMB Bank PH will email you a reference code with instructions to retrieve your funds through the CIMB app.
