You can open a DragonFi Save account directly through your DragonFi app. Simply go to the Deposit or Withdraw section and select DragonFi Save as your option. If you don’t have a DragonFi Save account yet, the app will automatically prompt you to create one.
From there, just follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. The entire process only takes a few minutes, and once done, you can start enjoying instant, zero-fee deposits and withdrawals through DragonFi Save.
Important reminders when opening a DragonFi Save account:
- DragonFi Save is currently available to Prime accounts and will be rolled out soon to Starter and Basic accounts.
- DragonFi Save is only available via the DragonFi mobile app.
- All withdrawals require biometric authentication. Devices without biometric support are not supported.
- If you do not receive an OTP via SMS, please check your registered email or Viber.
- Joint, OR, and PERA accounts are not eligible to open DragonFi Save accounts.
