To initiate a funds withdrawal, navigate to the Dashboard, proceed to "My Money," and select "Withdrawals." Choose your designated bank account and submit a withdrawal request by clicking the respective option.
The daily cut-off of withdrawal is at 12 noon. For requests made before 12 noon, it will be deposited to your designated bank account within the day. For requests made after 12 noon, it will be deposited the next business day.
The amount will be deposited through check, thus subject to your bank's clearing procedure (except for Unionbank, wherein the amount will reflect to your account within the day).
For tracking purposes, the status of your withdrawal request can be monitored under "Dashboard > My Money > Withdrawals > Withdrawal History."
