Withdrawal requests submitted before 10am during business days will be credited to your account on the same day for the following banks:
- UnionBank
- BPI
- BDO
For other banks, withdrawal requests submitted before 10am will be processed the same day. However, please allow for 1 day check clearing. Your funds should be credited the following business day.
If you have not yet received your withdrawal on the next business day, there may be an issue with depositing the money to your bank account. Please check your registered email as we usually reach out whenever there are issues.
