Eligibility
Who Can Join:
Filipino citizens aged 18–35 years old as of November 24, 2025
Must have a verified DragonFi account
Must have at least ₱5,000 contributed and reflected as settled in the client’s DragonFi PERA account.
Who Cannot Join:
Winners of previous weekly draws are disqualified from future draws
Multiple PERA accounts under one individual are not allowed
How to Join
Open a DragonFi PERA (Personal Equity and Retirement Account) starting November 25, 2025.
Fund your PERA account with at least ₱5,000.
Once the amount is fully credited in the app, you’ll automatically receive one raffle entry.
No manual submission needed — entries are system-generated.
Note: Only one (1) PERA account per person is allowed.

Winner Selection
Winners will be determined using a computer-based random raffle program.
Entries must strictly follow promo mechanics; invalid or incomplete entries are disqualified.
Each participant can only win once during the entire promo period.
Prize Details
₱5,000 matching grant credited directly to the winner’s DragonFi PERA account
Non-transferable and not convertible to cash
Subject to the PERA Act of 2008 (RA 9505) — tax-exempt withdrawals are allowed only upon reaching retirement age (55) and after 5 years of contributions, or in cases of disability or death
Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced on (Dec 3, Dec 10, Dec 17, Dec 23) via DragonFi’s official social media pages.
The full list of winners will be posted on DragonFi’s social media accounts
DragonFi will directly credit the ₱5,000 matching grant to the PERA account of each confirmed winner.
Winners will also be announced during a live event held via Zoom on each draw date
Grant Claiming & Acknowledgment
Winners will receive an email from DragonFi with instructions on claiming the ₱5,000 PERA+ Matching Grant.
To receive the matching grant, winners must complete an online acknowledgment form confirming that they have read and understood the full Promo Mechanics and the PERA+ Matching Grant Conditions.
The online acknowledgment form will require the winner to provide:
Full Name
Registered DragonFi Email
DragonFi PERA Account Number
Confirmation checkboxes acknowledging the main conditions
Consent to apply the matching grant under the PERA+ program
The ₱5,000 matching grant will only be credited after the acknowledgment form is successfully submitted.
If the winner does not submit the acknowledgment form within 30 days from notification, the matching grant may be cancelled.
Once the acknowledgment is received, DragonFi will credit the ₱5,000 matching grant to the winner’s PERA account within 2-3 business days.

Clients simply choose their preferred PERA investment option in the DragonFi app.The ₱5,000 matching grant cannot be withdrawn until the client reaches age 55.If the client withdraws their own initial ₱5,000 PERA contribution before age 55, the ₱5,000 matching grant will be cancelled.
